All the Single Ladies #3: Pinteresting on Singleness

All the Single Ladies Day 3 Party over at: Just As I Am

Really enjoying this. It's really gotten me to think and ponder things. It's giving me a fresh perspective on being single. I love Meghan's attitude about it too, she is very content with where God has her and that is encouraging to me!

I went off to find some funny quotes on pinterest about being single....and got distracted by other funny quotes, but I'm back to the task at hand. :)

Sometimes I have one of those moments where I think this:

There are so many things a single person can do that they can't do if they are in a relationship. I see it as God giving me the freedom to do things for him, that I otherwise couldn't.

A funny probability, really. I know that my guy is out there....somewhere!!

It's funny that I'm the single-never-had-a-boyfriend girl that gives advice to all my best friends on their relationships. The fact that they come to me is actually interesting. I think it's because love blinds those in relationships, and since I'm single, I can see what they can't.

This: Just because it's funny and it's Dwight.

A finishing thought - Waiting is good. It gives God time to prepare your future love for you and you for them. God's timing is perfect. Don't rush into it and fall in love with the first cute guy that comes along. God knows exactly who you need to fit. He's got the last piece of the puzzle that you can't even see yet. I feel these last two Pinterest finds sum it all up perfectly.

All the Single Ladies #2 Coffee and Chocolate

Doing the All the Single Ladies Party over at Just As I Am . I'm behind and want to do these posts because they are fun!

Day 2

I love coffee.
This is something you will know already if you've been following my blog for a while. If you know me really well, you'll know that I'm also addicted to it. I might drink it multiple times a day. I like my coffee strong. I add some low calorie sweetener and a delicious flavored creamer.
I also like to drink coffee out, but only on special occasions.(aka when I can afford it, lol)
I'm allergic to dairy, so at Starbucks I like to get a Soy latte. Any kind, I'm not picky! :) The flavor of the soy milk mixed with a flavor like pumpkin spice or vanilla is incredible. So delicious!
I also love going to a local coffee shop. The environment is great and I love getting Irish Creme Espressos.
As far as chocolate goes, I do like to eat a dark chocolate bar occasionally. Not the fake kind but a 70% cacoa REAL dark chocolate. I'm not like an obsessed chocolate fan like some people I know.(I'm not pointing any elbows here. You know who you are.)
Chocolate mixed with coffee however I always love!

One of my favorite things is my "Coffee Mornings & Jesus Talks" with my cousin Hannah. We brew a pot of coffee, get out our favorite mugs and sit & talk about all the things the Lord has been doing in our lives. We both leave full of coffee and new strength to go out and fight the good fight of faith.

I don't know if this counts but it's called Glad you Came by We Came as Romans.

11. Favorite real-life/celebrity couple?
I don't get big into these types of things but if I picked it'd be Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth or James Roday and Maggie Lawson.

12. One piece of advice about love:
Never give up hope on those you love. By this I don't mean that you shouldn't move on or that you should keep dwelling in the past.  I mean that you should keep praying for them, and never give up Hope that God changes them into the person He means for them to be. If one day that means that they do come back to you changed and ready for a relationship, then awesome! :) God's will be done no matter what.

The Weekend

The weekend was quite exciting.
Saturday was the big IU game. Indiana #3 VS. Michigan #1 @ Assembly Hall in Bloomington. Super exciting game with the favorites Victor Oladipo, Jordy Halls and Cody Zeller drumming up some big points. Being a born and bred IU fan, the fact that IU BEAT the #1 SEED had us celebraing big time. It put IU back at #1.
Sunday was church, fellowshipping with friends and then a relaxing evening snacking and watching the Ravens beat the 49ers!
Weekend over. Back to the daily grind!

Day 33
:Hoosiers:
Of course I had to sport my IU gear!

Day 34
